Mariel has worked for physicians and residents for many years as an interpreter in both, private practice and in the hospital setting. She fluently speaks Spanish and English. Her background and training as an OBGYN from “Universidad Privada del Valle” in Bolivia makes her ideally suited to help our clients during the perinatal period.

She also learned a lot from her own difficult breastfeeding experience and she is honored to help other families through their journey. Mariel is currently studying to become certified as a placenta encapsulator so that this practice can be accessible to more families.
